AOEDE, not loading on Windows 7 OS Platform, any fix on how to start it on Windows 7?

Ageof Empires III: Definitive Edition crashes to desktop after the game launches or during gameplay. If you too are experiencing the same issues, you should try the methods below to fix it. Theres the original release of Age of Empires which works on pretty much all versions of Windows, then there's the Definitive Edition release which is what we are talking about here and that one definitely doesn't run in Windows 7. Yes it works on Windows 7 and I've had each of the AoE DE games since their releases. Idk why
