I have wanted to play Game of Thrones LCG solo for quite some time. I have played the variants (excellent though they are) that RR has put out there, but they ended up never clicking with me. Then I saw this game and was intrigued. Is this the solo fantasy card game I was hoping for? Played through the solo mission in the book.
Not only can you build 4 decks right out of the core, but the game is actually better in multiplayer games. in the melee mode, each player selects a role card after they select plots for the round. the role card gives you a special ability, and also tells you who are your rivals, and who you support.
