The dial on my Hunter X-Core retic controller recently went kaput, getting stuck intermittently, then selecting the wrong functions, then not turning at all. Apparently the dials on these things are notoriously flimsy, and Hunter does not readily make replacements available. So, had to ditch it.

Restart your headset. Use the green power button on the back of the headset’s left earcup to turn the headset off. You should hear a power-down sound, and the power light (just above the power button) will turn off. Wait a few seconds and then press the power button again to restart the headset. 1. Turn the dial to the RUN position. Remove the lower wiring compartment door by pushing straight down. More info here. 2. Press and hold the program button. 3. Press and release the RESET button located inside the lower wiring compartment. The button will require the use of a small pointed tool; e.g. paper clip. raubU32.
