UPDATED GUIDE HERE: The Aserai because they have two solid chokepoints to get into their kingdom but they suffer from having an incredibly long kingdom, overall they suck unit wise. Then Sturgia, because they don't do anything well. Agree with Aserai, they are Long boys. Husn Fulq always taken faster than any city. That unit is broken in basically every way. Battania is second, and probably the best if you don’t assume doing something that cheesy since their actual culture bonus is the best. Although they still have a similar benefit because Fian Champions are also fantastic. This perk is generally why I tend to match the culture with the faction I play.
