Lübbenau is a small, very charming town, and from here you can rent a canoe or join a boat trip. Hiking and bike riding is also recommended. We rented a canoe (Around 12 €) and got a map with some trip suggestions. The river Spree, which runs through Berlin, divides in the Spreewald into several connecting canals, maybe 8-10 meters wide.
